It’s been a year since my son Basil Farrow came into my life! He looks and acts like a teddy bear, but technically, he’s a purebred Scottish Fold cat from a Connecticut cattery. Not for sale, so don’t ask!
Basil Farrow isn’t only cute – he also has a ridiculously sweet temperament. He clings to me and wants to be petted all the time. Tummy rubs? You bet! I don’t think he’s ever scratched a human being… not even when I cross-dress him!

Basil Farrow’s granny has been sending photos and updates of our Scottish Fold son. He’s gained some weight; all grandparents are notorious for spoiling their grand-kitties. The other day, he insisted on squeezing himself into a much-too-tiny cardboard tray. Silly baby!
