Merry X-mas, darklings! I just gave my Scottish Fold son his present – a big jar of premium catnip. Basil Farrow meowed and put up one paw to grab at it (but never scratching, of course). As someone commented, “Basil neko kawaii desu ka”!

one of our kitties, as a future you-tube vid we're working on will show, is obsessed not with catnip but minty stuff like chewing gum or toothpaste lol. she goes nuts. I'll let ya know when we post it.
in the meantime, have lots of pie and gravy (cuz who counts calories on xmas) and a happy holiday!
