    Hi Jenna,
    The book deal was finalized last August, but I didn't really get to start working on it until December (because I had to do the Theme Restaurants one in Tokyo first). The first deadline was Feb 1, and then there were revisions… so it took just over a year to come out. Not bad by publishing standards (some books take 2-3 years).

    Funny story – the other day, the fan suddenly turned on by itself. Methinks it's haunted :O
