GOTHLOLI OF THE WEEK #51: AGNES.

Swedish Sweet Lolita girl, alternative fashion in Europe, blonde hair with big pink bow.
† Name/URL: Agnes.
† Age: 18
† Location: Sweden, Umeå
† How were you introduced to Gothic Lolita fashion?
When I was 13 I stumbled over the book “FRUiTS” and what I mostly loved were the girls in gothic lolita clothes. Since then, my dreams have been filled with lace, cupcakes, pearls and brightly shining stars. I was/am so obsessed I even went to Japan to go shopping when I was 14!

† What do you find appealing about GL style and culture?
I love the fact that you dress up to please yourself and not anyone else. To not care about what people think or say, to not dress for men to think you are attractive, that is feminism to me. Haha, I could never imagine wearing a frilly dress could be called feminism!
† What are your favorite GL clothing brands?
Baby, the Stars Shine Bright and Angelic Pretty.
† Any other comments?
Do not be afraid of mixing Baby with vintage and Dior, live to please yourself and not anyone else. Besides, my blog is in English and full of inspiration!
