Today is Basil Farrow’s birthday! He’s celebrating… by wearing his new bow tie.

Basil’s grandma made this for him, by hand.

She had to make the collar (attached by Velcro) extra extra large, to fit his fat neck!

Doesn’t he look like a dapper gentleman?

The polka dots and black/navy stripes look great next to his cream colored fur.
